Nicole James was the wife of Ryan James and the mother of Cady James. While on their way to a ski trip, Nicole and Ryan are driving in their SUV with their eight-year-old daughter Cady. Cady is in the back playing with one of her Purrpetual Petz, which annoys them. After almost spinning out in the middle of the road, Nicole tells Ryan to stop for a moment in the street, waiting for the storm to clear. Just then the family’s car is rammed into by a snowplow, killing Nicole and Ryan. Later, Cady goes to live with Nicole's sister, Gemma, in Seattle, Washington.
Nicole was portrayed by Chelsie Florence.
